• Quiz answers: When you take the Pet Personality Quiz or Human Personality Quiz, we collect your responses, including your pet's name, species, breed, age, and behavioral answers.
• Email address: If you subscribe to our waitlist or email communications, we collect your email address and, optionally, your first name and pet type.
• Payment information: When you purchase a paid subscription, payment is processed by Stripe, Inc. We do not store your full credit card number, CVV, or billing details — these are handled entirely by Stripe.

• Usage data: We may collect information about how you interact with our website, including pages visited, time spent, and referring URLs.
• Device information: Browser type, operating system, and IP address may be collected for security and analytics purposes.

• Generate your pet's personality profile and enrichment plan

4. How We Share Your Information

Service Providers: We share data with trusted third-party vendors who help us operate the Service:

• Anthropic, Inc. — We send your quiz answers to Anthropic's Claude AI API to generate your pet's personality profile. Anthropic processes this data in accordance with their Privacy Policy. Quiz answers are processed in real time and are not stored by Anthropic beyond what is necessary to generate your result.
• Mailchimp (Intuit Inc.) — If you subscribe to our email list, your email address and preferences are stored and managed by Mailchimp. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send. Mailchimp's privacy practices are governed by their Privacy Policy.
• Stripe, Inc. — Payment processing for paid subscriptions is handled by Stripe. Your payment data is subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy.
• Netlify, Inc. — Our website is hosted on Netlify. Basic server logs and usage data may be processed by Netlify as part of website hosting.

Legal requirements: We may disclose your information if required to do so by law, court order, or governmental authority, or when we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.

Business transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a portion of our assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you via email and/or a prominent notice on our website of any such change.

• Quiz answers: Retained for up to 12 months to enable profile regeneration and service improvement, then deleted or anonymized.
• Email addresses: Retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion.
• Payment records: Retained for a minimum of 7 years as required by tax and financial regulations.

6. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal information:

• Correction: Request that we correct inaccurate or incomplete data.

Furrsonality operates from the United States. If you are accessing our Service from outside the United States, please be aware that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States.
