We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if any information provided is found to be inaccurate, misleading, or in violation of these Terms.
Free Plan: Furrsonality offers a free tier that provides access to the Pet Personality Quiz, a full personality profile, a shareable profile card, and a human compatibility score at no charge.
Paid Subscriptions: Premium features are available through paid subscription plans billed monthly. Current pricing is displayed on our Pricing page and is subject to change with reasonable notice.
Billing: Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis. Payment is processed securely through Stripe, Inc. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to paid features until the end of the period for which you have already paid. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods.
Refund Policy: We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers. If you are not satisfied within 7 days of your first paid subscription, contact us at [email protected] for a full refund. After 7 days, all sales are final except where required by applicable law.
Price Changes: We reserve the right to change subscription pricing. We will provide at least 30 days' notice of any price increase via email. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of a price change constitutes your acceptance of the new pricing.

Your content: You retain ownership of any information you submit through the Service (such as your pet's name and quiz answers). By submitting this information, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use it solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you, including transmitting it to our AI service provider to generate your profile.
Generated profiles: The personality profiles generated by the Service are provided for your personal, non-commercial use. You may share your profile card on social media for personal use. Commercial use, resale, or redistribution of generated profiles without our written permission is prohibited.
Personality profiles, enrichment plans, and compatibility scores generated by the Service are produced using artificial intelligence technology provided by Anthropic, Inc. You acknowledge and agree that:

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

You may stop using the Service at any time. If you have a paid subscription, you must cancel it to stop recurring charges. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
